ABF VIP Package is your golden ticket to fur town!

The ABF VIP Package is the full access pass for this event. With the VIP Package, you have full access to what ABF offers during this event, such as meals, drinks, open bars, run bag, pool parties with our DJ, and exclusive access to Bear Cave and Lounge 120. Please secure your VIP Package as soon as you can as price will increase as we approch the date of the event!

Read Before You Click

  • You must be staying at the Host Hotel.
  • You must have a VIP Package.
  • You will be charged a 1-night deposit for the Hotel booking.
  • No refunds for Hotel deposit and VIP Package after 05/30/2025. No exceptions.

We are Sold Out
We are all sold out but you can still join us if you:

  • already have a room booked in your name, but don't have your VIP Package yet.
  • have a confirmed room (sharing with someone), but don't have your VIP Package yet.
In either event, please send an email to info@AtlantaBearFest.com stating that you would like to purchase the "ABF VIP Package" with your 1) Full Name, 2) Email address, 3) Phone number, and 4) Hotel Confirmation Number. If you are rooming with someone, also include his Full Name and Hotel Confirmation Number.

You will be added to VIP list and will be able to purchase your VIP Package when you check in.

Pool Pass
Due to the updated hotel policy, there will be no Pool Pass or Day Passes.
All attendees must have an ABF VIP Package and be guests of the hotel.
