Changes in ABF 2024

  • Due to the updated hotel policy, there will be no Pool Passes or Day Passes. All attendees must have an ABF VIP Package and be guests of the hotel. So get your VIP Package and book your hotel room as soon as you can. If you are not able to show that you are a guest of the hotel, you will not be able to attend ABF 2024.
  • VIP Package price will increase as we approch the date of the event, so get your VIP Package (and hotel room) as soon as possible. Please check out the pricing schedule > here <.
  • You can pre-select your ABF t-shirt size now when you get your VIP Package online. Please make separate transactions for multiple VIP Packages with different t-shirt sizes.
  • The Eagle is back! We will be co-hosting a lot of dance parties at The Eagle, so be excited!

COVID Requirements

Bearing in mind recent developments, we have made the decision to lift the requirement for all attendees to be vaccinated against COVID-19.

There will be no COVID-19 tests nor mask requirements during the event. We encourage attendees to be vaccinated and to get their booster(s) as well.

    In case you are feeling ill, for the well-being of our community, please stay at home and get well. Also, please:
  • Contact the hotel directly at 404-728-0708 for hotel room cancellation.
  • Send us an email to info@atlantabearfest.com to advise us of this status. Your VIP Package will be refunded.
