Location of Main & Side Events
The main events will be held at our host hotel, Courtyard Atlanta Executive Park, while side events will be held at other locations (please check the Schedule).
We are proud to partner again with our host hotel, the Courtyard Atlanta Executive Park (1236 Executive Park Dr NE, Atlanta, GA 30329).
Please note: To attend this event, you must be a registered guest at our host hotel.
Booking Details

- Online Booking Only: Reservations must be made online through our 24/7 booking link. Please note: if you call the hotel directly, they will tell you the room block is fully booked.
- Event Dates: July 2, 2027 – July 5, 2027 (3 nights for the full event).
- Extended Stays: Special discounted rates are available if you extend your stay before or after the event dates.
- Deposit & Cancellation: A 1-night deposit is required at booking. This deposit is 100% refundable until May 15, 2027 (no exceptions).
- $139 for King bed or two Queen beds (per night) plus taxes & fees.
- $159 for Suite (per night) plus taxes & fees.
- Parking fee is included in the room rate.
- Don't forget to get your VIP Pass!

- No refunds for Hotel deposit and VIP Package after 05/15/2027. No exceptions.
How To Book

- Extend your stay (optional): Adjust the check-in/check-out dates directly on the webpage to add extra days before or after the event at the reduced group rate.

A Quick Note on Hotel Incidentals
Please keep in mind that the host hotel requires a standard incidental deposit at check-in. This hold is typically around $50 per night and can be placed on a major credit or debit card. This is a temporary hold, not a charge, to cover any room charges or incidentals during your stay. The funds will be released by the hotel immediately upon checkout, though it may take a few business days for your bank to reflect the update. To ensure a smooth check-in process, we highly recommend using a major credit card rather than a debit card, as debit holds can temporarily tie up your available checking funds.

Airport Transportation
Getting from the Atlanta International Airport to our Host Hotel is easy. Take MARTA Rail (Gold Line) from the ATL International Airport to the Lindbergh Center Station. Once you arrive at the Lindbergh Center Station, use a ride-hailing services of your choice to the hotel.
