Location of Main & Side Events
The main events will be held at our host hotel, Courtyard Atlanta Executive Park, while side events will be held at other locations (please check the Schedule).
We are proud to continue with Courtyard Atlanta Executive Park, located at 1236 Executive Park Dr NE, Atlanta, GA 30329, as our host hotel. We would like to invite you to stay with us in our host hotel as most of the main events, such as registration, pool parties, meals, games, shops, Lounge 120 and more, will be held here.
To take part in the full event, book 3 nights for the event (7/03/2025 - 7/06/2025) or extend your stay for the same reduced rate.

- $134 for King bed or two Queen beds (per night) plus taxes & fees
- $154 for Suite (per night) plus taxes & fees
- Parking fee is included in the room rate.

- You must be staying at the Host Hotel.
- You must have a VIP Package.
- You will be charged a 1-night deposit for the Hotel booking.
- No refunds for Hotel deposit and VIP Package after 05/30/2025. No exceptions.
Host Hotel Reservation
We are Sold Out for ABF 2025.
If you would like to be on our waiting list, please send an email to info@AtlantaBearFest.com stating that you would like to be on "ABF 2025 Hotel Waiting List" with your 1) Full Name, 2) Email address, and 3) Phone number. You will be contacted when a room becomes available in waiting list order. You will have 24 hours to respond. Thank you.
Special Note to Vendors
Contact Bruce from BK Travel Agency LLC at (770) 865-3663 to reserve your hotel rooms. Do not book online or call the hotel. Specific rooms have been assigned for our Vendors.
Airport Transportation
Getting from the Atlanta International Airport to our Host Hotel is easy. Take MARTA Rail (Gold Line) from the ATL International Airport to the Lindbergh Center Station. Once you arrive at the Lindbergh Center Station, use a ride-hailing services of your choice to the hotel.
